ATTŌ — Return & Refund Policy

At ATTŌ, every crochet clutch is handmade with care. We want you to love your purchase, and we’re here to help if something isn’t quite right.


Returns

  • We accept returns within 7 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Once we receive and inspect the item, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.


Exchanges

  • Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

  • If you’d like to exchange your clutch for a different colour or style, contact us at sales@attouae.com or send us DM @atto.studios 

  • Items must be unused and returned in their original packaging.

  • If the item arrived damaged or there was an error on our end, we will cover the shipping both ways.

  • For all other exchanges, shipping fees will be charged to the customer.


Non-Returnable Items

Because our items are handmade, the following cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Custom or personalized orders

  • Sale items

  • Items damaged due to misuse or normal wear & tear


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your TTŌ Bag arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us within 48 hours of delivery at sales@attouae.com or DM @atto.studios with photos.
We will replace or refund the item at no extra cost.


How to Start a Return or Exchange

Please email us at sales@attouae.com or DM @atto.studios with:

  • Your order number

  • The item you wish to return or exchange

  • Reason for return/exchange

  • Photos (if applicable)
