At ATTŌ, every crochet clutch is handmade with care. We want you to love your purchase, and we’re here to help if something isn’t quite right.
Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Once we receive and inspect the item, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Exchanges

Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

If you’d like to exchange your clutch for a different colour or style, contact us at sales@attouae.com or send us DM @atto.studios

Items must be unused and returned in their original packaging.

If the item arrived damaged or there was an error on our end, we will cover the shipping both ways.

For all other exchanges, shipping fees will be charged to the customer.
Non-Returnable Items
Because our items are handmade, the following cannot be returned or refunded:
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your TTŌ Bag arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us within 48 hours of delivery at sales@attouae.com or DM @atto.studios with photos.
We will replace or refund the item at no extra cost.
